BV Setup + 30% Ruling Coordination

€900excl. 21% VAT

A bundled BV lane for clients who want the entity setup, standard notary fee, DAFT timing, and 30% ruling coordination kept coherent instead of scattered across separate threads.

The BV lane can be bought either on top of DAFT Assist or as a standalone BV setup lane. The standalone offer includes the standard single-BV notary path. The page copy ties together BV vs eenmanszaak, BV notary + setup fees, the notary / UBO paperwork stack, and the employee-route 30% ruling. The 30% ruling portion is framed as viability and paperwork coordination only. It is only relevant when there is a real Dutch employee / payroll route; it is not promised for a pure self-employed DAFT setup.

You can buy this lane on its own as the €900 BV setup + 30% ruling coordination offer, or attach it later to an existing DAFT Assist case after payment. The 30% ruling portion is framed as viability and paperwork coordination only. It is only relevant when there is a real Dutch employee / payroll route; it is not promised for a pure self-employed DAFT setup.

Prices exclude 21% VAT. Government fees and third-party professional fees are always separate unless explicitly stated. The standard single-BV notary lane is included in the public BV package price. Extra shareholders, holding-company structures, payroll setup, bookkeeping, tax advice, and other specialist third-party work remain separate unless explicitly included.

What to know before you start

This lane is designed to keep the BV, notary timing, capital trail, and optional 30% ruling coordination from becoming separate email threads.

Standalone or add-onBuy it separately, or attach it to an existing DAFT Assist case if the entity decision comes later.
Standard notary lane includedThe public €900 package includes the standard single-BV notary lane. Extra shareholders, holding structures, payroll setup, and specialist work stay separate unless agreed.
30% is viability + coordinationThe 30% ruling side only makes sense when there is a real Dutch employee / payroll route to coordinate. It is not promised for a pure self-employed DAFT setup.
Portal document trailNotary details, capital notes, UBO / structure context, and deliverables stay in the same portal workflow.

Best for

Clients choosing a Dutch BV instead of, or alongside, ZZP — especially when they want a bundled standard notary setup, DAFT-aware sequencing, and a real 30% ruling coordination lane kept in one portal-first thread.

What you get

  • High-level ZZP vs BV decision support in the DAFT context
  • Standard single-BV partner-notary setup included in the public package price
  • Draft deed / structure review at a practical high level
  • Guidance on parking the €4,500 capital in a DAFT-compliant way
  • 30% ruling viability + paperwork coordination when an actual employee/payroll route exists
  • Simple first-year compliance calendar for BV admin handoff

Decision-window / active-case support

Focused coordination around the BV path and, when genuinely viable, the employee-route 30% ruling paperwork lane. The standard single-BV notary lane is included in the bundled package price; payroll, bookkeeping, and specialist third-party fees stay separate unless you explicitly choose to include them in your public offer.

How this runs

  • Confirm the BV scope, timeline, and standard notary fit
  • Coordinate with the notary office and structure pack
  • Track capital movement, bank-trail, and timing dependencies
  • Stage payroll / 30% ruling questions only when that route is realistically in scope
  • Publish the compliance calendar and next-step notes into the portal

What we need from you

  • Shareholder / director details requested by the notary
  • Your DAFT timeline, booked appointments, and capital timing constraints
  • Whether there is a real Dutch payroll / employee route for the 30% ruling
  • Any extra complexity such as a holding BV, extra shareholders, or contracting requirements
This page is intentionally linked to the most relevant DAFT articles — and, where useful, the DIY path too — so you can compare options without losing the order-of-operations context.
Standalone purchase is supported. The default public BV package price is €900 and includes the standard single-BV notary lane. If the client already has a DAFT Assist case, a paid BV purchase can also be attached as a BV lane on that existing case.
Staying mostly DIY? You can still pair this lane with DAFT DIY Companion if you want a second set of eyes on the wider DAFT sequence while keeping the BV / notary side in its own tracked lane.
