If you become a customer and want to pressure-test cities before the move, the scouting-trip planning benefit is included at no extra charge.
DAFT Assist is the flat-fee paperwork processing lane for solo applicants, couples, and families. Application forms, supporting documents, household paperwork, filing / submission steps, official-request tracking, capital/admin handling, and decision-window follow-through stay in one portal workflow.
The pages are built around the DAFT timeline, the €4,500 capital requirement, and BRP / BSN / DigiD — plus the real-life friction points around spouse / partner paperwork, renting in NL on DAFT, health insurance on DAFT, and your first 6 months after DAFT — because that is what actually determines whether the process feels clean or chaotic.
If a scouting trip would help you pressure-test cities, transport, schools, and housing before the move, customers can request scouting-trip planning at no extra charge through the portal. If you are considering a BV, the BV lane also threads in the 30% ruling as a viability / coordination topic only when there is a real employee-route to coordinate.

Stay DIY with the guide + companion, buy DAFT Assist, add the BV lane, or request scouting-trip planning after becoming a customer.
Pay and unlock the portal
Paid offers route through Moneybird. When the invoice is marked paid, the portal unlocks and the case becomes active.
Complete intake + book the intro call
The client signs the intake, books the 15-minute kickoff / intro call, and starts using the same portal thread for uploads and questions.
Run the case in order
Uploads, deliverables, progress, and the message thread stay together so paperwork can move back and forth cleanly while steps are completed in order.

Paid prices are in EUR and exclude 21% BTW. IND / government fees are not included. Third-party professional fees stay separate unless explicitly stated. For DIY Companion, you submit the application yourself. For DAFT Assist, we manage the paperwork and filing / submission workflow while you provide accurate information, review/sign where needed, and attend any identity, biometrics, or required in-person appointments yourself. Scouting-trip planning is an included customer benefit and is informational trip planning only; you book and pay your own travel, accommodation, and tickets.
